I agree! Having recently had my first child, I've realised how difficult it can be to plan a simple trip into town! Some of the problems are caused by the fact that many of the shops are in small historic buildings and it's difficult to manoeuvre a pram inside, but other shops and businesses really could make their premises more accessible.
